Finally the long expected day arrived on 17th October 2009. It was the day of Dream Comes True Gathering 2009 held in Shanghai. Hundreds of members from the Mainland, Hong Kong and other countries arrived at China World Hotel early and waited for admission. We were all in discipline and co-operative for security check.
The most expected session was to take photo with four idol / big brother, Andy, ha-ha! Each of us had prepared an elegant gift for him and expressed our concerns and supports. I witnessed members going off stage, holding the newly taken photo gently and carefully. I could see their heart was full of satisfaction which could not expressed in words. Many new members were even in tears because they got a chance to closely contact with their idol.
We specially dubbed the music《Mother》as background to express our feelings in such a different way to express Big brother’s new song. This resulted in gaining Big Brother’s appreciation and encouragement.
Big Brother then chatted with us and replied to our questions in a friendly manner. The atmosphere was so heart-warming that we were in a family. Lastly, when it came to big brother’s song, When there’s Applause, we were all touched by his singing.
Although the Gathering only lasted for a few hours, beautiful memories have all left for us. Therefore, everybody immediately rushed to renew their membership after the Gathering and was looking forward to receiving a nice Early Bird gift for 2010!
