[Track] Andy showed his talented daughter’s pictures in the online anniversary party

Andy (58-year-old) always interacts with fans closely.  It was the 32^nd anniversary of his official fan club, ‘Andy World Club’ yesterday (18^th Jun).  Due to COVID-19, Andy and his fans could not meet each other this year.  A 30-minute video was published on the AWC website.  Showing his love to Hanna and his fans, Andy performed his songs, shared the preview of his new movies and displayed the pictures drawn by him and his daughter, Hanna. 

Andy always treats his fans as his family members, the video started with a letter to his family.  In the letter, Andy mentioned his concert was cancelled due to his sickness and COVID-19.  He also stated that he is getting older while time flies.  However, these changes didn’t affect the fans’ love.  He showed his gratefulness to the fans’ love and understanding.  It was really touching. 

Andy performed ‘月亮代表我的心’ , ‘笨小孩’, ‘我知’, ‘一起走過的日子’ and ’情人happy birthday’ in the video.  He also shared the teasers of ‘Find you Voice’, ‘Shock Wave II’ and ‘Hong Kong’ (temporary movie title).  It was the first time to publish the teaser of ‘Hong Kong’.  Being asked for the favorite movies he acted, Andy named ‘Lee Rock’, ‘A Moment of Romance’ and ‘Love on a Diet’.  Andy mentioned that it is not easy to get weight and act as a fat guy again. 

Andy also shared that he celebrated birthday with his wife and Hanna.  He drew a picture with Hanna and presented to his wife as a birthday gift.  He also showed several pictures drawn by Hanna.  She is really talented and is even more skillful than Andy.  All of these pictures were their achievement from online learning.  Andy’s eyes were full of pride and love.  The online event ended by a cake cutting session to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of AWC.  Andy showed his hope to meet his fans in the near future.    

Since the establishment of AWC, fans meeting and charity events were organized.  Fans usually participate in voluntary services to help the community in need.  During COVID-19, ‘Andy Lau Charity Foundation’ donated to various organizations, like distribution of meal coupons and epidemic prevention materials.  We are eager to give hands to people in need.
