Andy’s Birthday Party 2019

Dear Family Members:

Let’s meet Andy on August 24th (Saturday)! Thankful to your endless support for Andy World Club, we are thrilled to invite you to celebrate Andy’s birthday.  Our gathering will be held at the Hong Kong Exhibition Centre，will like to inform that due to the venue rental regulations, it is necessary to dismantle the equipment and return the venue on time, accordingly, the event will start at 4 pm. Please be mindful to the change of time.  Thanks for your kind attention.  Enrollment details are as follows:

Terms and Conditions:
1. Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 10 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
2. Participants must be 2019 members. Those have successfully for renewed as 2019 members by 27 June 2019 (Thur) are eligible for enrollment.
3. Attendants MUST present 2019 Membership Card.
4. If the number of applicants exceeds the seats limit, will be determined by balloting in AWC at 4:00pm on 29 July 2019 (Mon) in HK AWC. The balloting result will be released on 4:00pm, 1 August 2019 (Thur) in AWC’s official website.
5. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode. If you need to use the mobile phone, you have to go outside of the venue, otherwise, you should put away it properly, to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
6. When illegal recording is found, member shall be request to leave the venue immediately and we shall have the right to delete those recordings. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
