I got few concerns in mind for Andy...

Music & video download online (legally or illegally) has become more and more common and easy. Even big web site like Yahoo! is supporting it!

To lessen the damage, the distribution of the products must be controlled and allow monitoring thru authorized channels. Each distributor must state how (in-store, online?) and where (location?) and when the products will be sold. Precise record-keeping of all the up-to-date numbers and feedback will be the key to control distribution. Marketing department should compose and negotiate unique and individualized ad for different country/zone. Each zone should have unique packaging with different coding within the songs to differentiate markets. Promotions like signing, mini live concerts, interviews, cable TV movies promotions, and even charity work/visitation/promotion of certain needed areas within the promoted country will help integrate different level fans basis. Andy's charity organization should also be introduced to the public and especially to his fans in advance before the promotion begins. The target of the organization to be partnered with should be all-ages but especially for children and teenagers who will shape the economy and change the future.

(Yes, Andy can't pick only one type of organization...but he can promote within relating organization during the promotion of his work... )

AndyLau.com should allow pre-sale for its members. For countries he can't visit, he can include signing, behind the scene, personal letter & pictures, and even online meetings with fans for different countries. (This requires invitation only and special web design/programming... ) This can help promote overseas fans joining membership & beaware of andy's projects and selling items!! If Andy can do numbered, with certificate & signed collectible items for fans would be even better!! By the way, the online shopping cart is not well-designed and have errors. Perhaps with more choices like paying with Paypal or money order to lessen the trouble.

My list goes on and on...but my main goal is to see Andy happy and successful ~
