For the goodwill  to keep AWC members alert to their body and have a healthy life, we will specially hold a health talk on 4th July (Sat) which is about 'The theory of being Healthy and Pretty- Start from Detoxification'

To let you know how to detoxify and clean up the excessive and accumulated toxin in your body to make you brim with energy and feel flourished, we invite a nutritionist, Ms Gloria Yan-Lim to hold a health course for members. She will direct you how to detoxify in our busy and stressful life with an easier and more suitable way according to different individual’s living style and the amounts of toxins they get stored. Detoxification not only helps to enhance and strengthen your immune system but also keeps your body clean and healthy.
