Andy World Club - Rules and Regulations (Year 2024)

1. OBJECTIVE

1. Fully support Andy.
2. Actively participate in community services and charitable activities.
3. Extend sincere cooperation, team spirit, love and care to all members of the Andy World Club (“AWC”).

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Ownership of the AWC electronic membership card.
2. Opportunities to participate in AWC activities in different regions.
3. Priority purchase of special or limited edition of AWC products.

   Gentle reminder: name and membership number and email address must be provided when making enquiries. Certain Personal Data (including but not limited to date of birth, age range, gender, identification/passport number, telephone number, email address, postal address and payment account details (if appropriate)) are required for specific services, and if you do not provide any Personal Data as required, we may not be able to provide you with the specific services requested.

3. ANDY WORLD CLUB OFFICIAL APP/WEBSITE RULES

1. Members must read the "AWC APP & WEBSITE TERMS OF USE" AND “PRIVACY POLICY”.
2. The following is a list of activities that are prohibited on or via the AWC website.
   AWC reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund of the membership fee if any of the following actions are found:
1. Post/comment on Andy's Blog, Andy World Club Forum any
   • Verbal abuse and/or assault messages.
   • Inappropriate, sensitive, vulgar , offensive and obscene texts and/or images.
   Our webmaster shall have the right to edit, delete or remove any content we deem inappropriate and we reserve the right to exercise the above without prior notice.
2. All materials on AWC website are wholly owned by AWC. Without AWC's prior consent or legal authorization, members are strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute or share (whether online or otherwise), alter, edit or possess the materials presented on AWC website.
3. Members are not allowed to use the name “Andy World Club” or it’s short form “AWC” or Andy Lau’s (also known as Lau Tak Wah) name to set up an account on any social media platforms (including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat , Weibo and Dou Yin etc.).
4. Recruitment of members to join any private or public groups using AWC’s name.
5. Without the approval of AWC, members are not allowed to use AWC’s name to organize activities which require monetary payment from participants.
6. Recording, photographing and/or uploading on to social media any part of an AWC event including the venue (exterior and interior decoration), other participants and the event performances are strictly prohibited.
7. Members who have taken photo(s) with Andy, shall not use the photo(s) for any commercial purposes nor shall the photo(s) be shown as endorsing any products. Any usage for promotion purpose of commercial affairs and merchandise on social media is prohibited.
8. Reselling of AWC products or admission tickets at a higher price is strictly prohibited.
9. Making of any infringing products such as the re-producing of AWC products for re-sell, unauthorized use of the AWC logo, Andy's image or any AWC official materials to produce your own products( whether for sell or not), are forbidden.

4. RULES FOR PARTICIATION IN ANY AWC ACTIVITY/EVENT

1. Members must present their membership cards when participating in AWC activities.
2. Tape recorders, photo taking, video cameras and/or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission to any activity or event organized by AWC. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode. If you must use the mobile phone, please be mindful and take the call outside the venue, otherwise, please refrain from using mobile phones to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Any Member who is caught video recording will be requested to leave the venue immediately and we reserve the right to delete those recordings. AWC will terminate the said member(s)’s AWC membership. Any membership fee paid shall not be refunded in such circumstances.
3. Eligibility for participation and admission tickets is non-transferable.
4. To avoid unnecessary interruption, Members who are permitted to leave early must follow AWC staff's instructions.
5. Members who are participating in the activity must follow AWC staff's instructions.
6. Do not shout or speak rudely to others and/or AWC staff. Displaying interference and threatening behaviors are strictly prohibited.
7. Members must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue. Keep the site clean and hygienic. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the venue.
8. If Members are unable to attend the activity, or have to leave before the end of the activity, please inform AWC in advance. Members who are absent from the activity will be deemed to have forfeited their participation. Any paid-activities fee will not be refunded. If Members are absent from the activity without giving prior notice to AWC, we will mark the Member's attendance record for future reference.

5. RULES FOR ACTIVITY APPLICATION

1. There is an application quota, deadline and rules for each AWC activity.
2. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, AWC will determine successful applications through balloting.
3. Late applications will not be considered.
4. Regardless of whether the eligible Members have or have not attended the activity, all payments received are non-refundable in any circumstances.
5. Admission tickets must be collected/electronic tickets must be presented on the day of the activity and Members shall be required to present their electronic membership card at the designated venue.
6. Members under the age of 12 and their registered guardians are required to fill in the same activity application form (i.e. only one (1) application is required for both the Member and their registered guardian). Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their registered guardians, who must hold a valid AWC membership, to participate in the activity.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Should a Member decide to terminate his/her membership for personal reason(s), any membership fees already paid shall not be refunded.
2. If a Member breaches any of the Rules and Regulations or commits any unlawful/immoral act, AWC has the right to terminate his/her membership immediately. Any membership fee already paid shall not be refunded.
