There were a lot of tickets you have to handle yourself. Don't you have anyone else to help you at all? You know one individual cannot complete everything, we all need help from others. Looked like there were too many even you were scratching your head! Hohoho...:D
You look way too thin, please increase your calories intake. I think the "No Salt, No Oil, No Rice" diet is not working for you. A busy person like you with all the execises during your concert practices, you need Carbonhydrate to change into Glucose=Sugar Energy Source: a six-carbon monosaccharide produced in plants by photosynthesis and in animals by the metabolism of carbohydrates. The commonest form, dextrose, is used by all living organisms. C6H12O6. Glucose provide energy to your body. If you don't have enough glucose, your blood sugar can be too low and you may experience light-headed fainting.:eek:
I use a little bit of natural sea salt for seasoning and olive oil or canola oil are a better choice for cooking. We do need everything to balance our body system. Missing anything will interfere with our bodily function.:o
I think a balanced diet or may I recommend "Eating Little But Eating Often" diet for you. Your food sources should include protein from eggs, soy and meats, nuts, all type of color fruits & veggies, dairy products like milk & cheese, whole wheat products, high fibre food eg. bran, seafoods are a good source of Omega 3. If you do not want to eat white rice, may I suggest eating wild rice. Also, I like to use pork bones to make soup and finish all the ingredients in the soup. And I also drink the chinese herbal tea powder packages which desolve in warm water easily. Back in the old days, we have to boil the dry herb to make very bitter tea for healing cold and cough. Nowadays, it is a lot more convenient & easy and it tastes whole lot better.;)
