Sometimes, as the head of the peck, you will have to face the reality and the consequences whenever there is a mistake, even though it is not yours. That is why, being a leader is not a real easy job!:(

If you haven't given the concert tickets out to the members who had sumitted the forms and gotten the approval, please kindly notify them that there is a miscalculation error in approving the tickets and everything has to be re-processed. To be square and fair, please ensure all members who had submitted their forms for tickets should all receive the concert tickets. But the number of tickets has to be controlled by AWC618 fans club.:)
I personally do not know how many members were requesting the tickets and you had mentioned there were 4,000 tickets available but close to 9,000 tickets were requested. Some people complained that few members can receive 7 tickets or even more. Please kindly find out if this is a rumor or a fact. If this is a fact, I would like to see proper punishments. The person/persons involved should be all picked out one by one and should apologize to the publicor the members. Then because this involves your system and policy failure from your trusted staff members, the person/persons who are fully responsible, should resign!:mad:

If I were you, I would take the number of requests divided by the number of tickets available, leave the decimal number out, that's the number of tickets each members should receive. Then as a lucky draw method, distribute the leftover tickets to the ones who requested more than they can allow. But only one more ticket per lucky draw winner, in this way, I think everyone should feel that you are fair and square. Too bad for the members who had received more tickets than others, they are not supposed to be superior in the first place! Only the few lucky ones will receive the extra bonus, that is it.:rolleyes:
Please kindly keep those tickets which are originally belonging to your dad and yourself. Then use 林建岳老闆多給的門票(200) wisely. How? I do not know, it's your choice. Maybe give them to your friends and family, maybe give them to charity, maybe give them to your staff and members. It all depends on your own choice.;)
I'm from Canada, so I will not be able to come and watch your shows. But that's alright, I can read the updates and still give you my support every single day. This is what Angels are for, isn't it?:D

真的很心痛！心痛你那麼忙還要為會員訂不訂到票的事而煩惱。不知如何說....引用:

相信供不應求是因為會員人數多了 、訂票的人也多了，也因為04年的演唱會太吸引、口碑太好，因而令到不只會員們想多看幾埸，連街外甚少看演唱會的朋友們也找會員們替他們訂票....主辦單位hold多了票，贊助商又分了票，也有指定數量的票一定要拿到街外(售票網)發售.... 你已為會員們爭取了很多了。謝謝你。也謝謝Fan Club 的工作人員們。 相信他們已加班去處理這些訂單，趕及在10月中通知會員訂票的結果了。
華仔，你已做了很多了，總不能把演唱會當成 Fan Club 聚會，把所有票留給會員吧！相信大家也希望多點非會員的朋友們可以欣賞到你的精彩演唱而更加喜歡你吧！
我會這樣想....已有部分想要某些場次的票的人訂到票了，在街外排隊要買那些埸次的人也該少了，換句說話，爭票的人少了，我可以買到的機會也多了....這樣想很阿Q，但至少開心.... :p
相信在街外總會買到一兩場的票的。大家努力吧！沒空排隊的，可以在公開發售的第二天打電話到售票網留位。我也沒空排隊，但相信在第二天還一定會有少量門票可以在售票網訂到的。大家向好的方向想吧！
華仔， 快點放下你心頭的大石吧！不要再為訂票的事想太多了。 ;)
