Dearest Andy,
When you said sorry to us, it really pricks my heart.
I know you must have felt very bad towards us with how things turn out to be.
But we all know that there are many situations in life that are beyond our control and the outcome may not be what we want to see. However, you did your best and we all know.
We are one big FAMILY and everyone in this FAMILY will be tolerant, understanding & supportive towards one another.
When the whole world seems to turn against us, it's in this FAMILY that we can find solace & forgiveness.
