过了一个小猪般生活的周末，~~唉估计天气原因吧，近来头都是昏昏的，希望不是中暑或感冒前兆。昨天昏睡了一天，作了一堆稀奇古怪的梦，老虎、大象……惊险加刺激，就是没梦到华仔，一早起来，便骂自己真是不会梦……
好了，跑来问候下，最近那多宣传活动~天气热~华仔要保重哦~~~热伤风好难受的！
看到很多朋友现在都跑去测试老华网，期待啊，那边终于快开了~~可惜自己没收到测试邀请啦，不过不怕~~啦啦，好好等待那边开张的日子，真的期待了好久好久了~~~不知道里面是全新了呢？还是保留了些回忆呢？？无限期待中……跑走

Hi! how are you? How are you feeling and I have read your news on the papers

saying that you are sick! I hope you did not catch a cold! I know it is very hot

in Hong Kong so please do take care of yourself and I am very worry about you

over here in Toronto.

I love your new CD Miracle World! I love your whole CD especially the

songs call Superman cause I love R&B music and I have listen to it many times.

It is like a dance music song.

How was your bowling in Ho Hoi Sing for bowling tournament on 7/28

cause have saw you on the papers over here.I know you are always

getting alot of strikes so therefore keep on practice if you have time.

I know right now you are very busy with your dancing rehearsal and very

seldom to go to the bowling alley. But anyway I know you will do best

on your bowling.I also will be practice on my bowling over here in Toronto.

There bowling over here is a very quite place and it is around half an hour

away from my home.

Did you see Alan while you are in Beijing? Actually Alan was here in Beijing

one day before you and he left beijing on 7/26 at 12 am midnight.

But you will see Alan on 8/5 for MacBelle and I will miss that mini concert

and I wish that I was there to cheer you up both. If you see Alan please do

say hi from me Ceci! I was talking to Alan on the long distance phone call

from Toronto cause my friend went to the airport and see Alan and then she

have give Alan the phone and let me talk to him for a few seconds.

I miss you and Alan very much! I was here in Toronto not to see my boyfriend

and I do not have a boyfriend and I want to find a boyfriend like you

very handsome off course. But no off course, you are the only one that I want.

(Just joking) My dreams to come true was to play bowling with you& Alan.

I was here in Toronto for vacation and also will be going on a Alaska cruise

with my family.

預防中暑的一般措施：
1.室內保持通風，避免在潮濕悶熱的環境下做劇烈活動。
2.戶外工作或活動時，宜穿著淺色寬鬆和排汗透氣性佳的衣物，並戴寬邊帽子或撐陽傘。
3.酷熱的天氣下，不應做長時間的戶外活動，最好安排在早上或黃昏後。
4.補充足夠水份，以防脫水現象，避免喝含咖啡因如茶或咖啡和酒類等利尿飲品。
5.不要留在熄火的車子內。



預防中暑的食療養生：
1.清淡少油膩，夏季宜吃些清淡易消化的食物，少吃油膩東西。
2.適當補充蛋白質維生素等營養素。
3.平時或戶外工作活動後可多吃些瓜果類食物，如西瓜、冬瓜、苦瓜、綠豆、紅豆、薏仁等。
