晚安親愛的老大···········
「参禅的先决条件，就是除妄想。妄想如何除法？最简单的莫如“歇即菩提”，一个"歇"字.禅宗由达摩祖师传来东土，到六祖后，禅风广播，震铄古今，但达摩祖师和六祖开示学人最紧要的话，莫若“屏息诸缘，一念不生”。屏息诸缘，就是万缘放下。所以“万缘放下，一念不生”实在是参禅的先决条件。」
我也很努力在學＂一念不生＂，打坐做得到這點，是虛空。能放下身心，好好觀想善念、善思維，也算可以。
學佛除了學習打坐，還要聆聽佛法，明白佛法，二合為一則是道，是法，是禪，也是悟。
老大拍的新少林寺給我很多啟示，你當了和尚半夜在鐘樓面前和小師父因冷練拳的那一段劇情不錯，還有你說的那句「我得省思，我得明白，我才會自在。」我也印象深刻。

Looking so much forward to see You and dear family members and to celebrate Silver Jubilee together, will be great fun.
Also looking forward to the warm temperatures in HK. Over here it's gotten cold again. The weather has been rather windy and rainy the past few days. Today we only had 8°C and on Sunday the temperatures are even supposed to drop down to 6°C! ~ Can You believe it!? There's even snow on the higher level areas! ~ So that's what they call "global warming"! :rolleyes:
