老大我有心事想告訴妳哦，不知怎麼的我今天心情有點不對，憂慮的情緒比較重，就開始胡思亂想，就會想已經發生過的那些事情，就覺得這裡做得也不對那裡做得好像也不對了～我都有點害怕我這份不穩定的情緒～一出現這樣的情況，我就能不開心很久，心裡也很害怕，擔心過去了的事情是不是又做得有些過了…老大我該怎樣渡過或者去剋服這樣的心情呢？？？我一害怕心裡就慌，一慌就膽小，一膽小就什麽都不敢去做…然後就不想去做…而且做什麽都變得沒了心思，做事的時候就老跑神，因為那些憂慮的情緒老是閃現在腦海中，一遍遍的迴想…真的很煩很恐怖吶:(…老大請幫忙，祝我以後遇到這樣的情況出現都能夠勇敢的去剋服。我要：加油加油加油。不能怕，要勇敢。打打氣!要相信自己!!!加油!加油!

最愛的老大！哈哈哈！上來和你打個招呼！習慣了拍戲時每天都看到你，都和你說幾句，聊聊天，你這一走，弄得我浩有些不習慣，多少有些失落吧，心裡空空的，雖然你說你還會再來，但是。。。。唉！
好了！不說這些傷感的了，我會開心的過暑假，每天都想想那些和你有關的美麗的回憶，老大，真的多謝你，給了我們這麼多一輩子都值得珍藏的回憶，我都不知該怎樣去表達對你的這分情意了，不說了，相信你會明白，盡在不言中了！
回到家了，你也好好休息幾天吧，知道你的工作還會繼續，保重身體，天天過的開心，最後呢，我只想你好就是啦~~~其實還有好多想對你講，但是吧，太不好意思了，我會害羞啦，所以呢，我就不說了，你明白的啦~~~

stopping by to see how You're doing and to send some Love Your way. I hope You had a pleasant week and are having an even better weekend.
Is it still so very hot in 北京 ? Over here in 德國 the temperatures have luckily dropped down since yesterday. Now it's a bearable 24°C instead of the usual 36°C-38°C of the past two weeks . Everyone at work is literally growing so tired of the heat. Don't get me wrong I do like the summer very much and I love the sunshine and the warmth, but I'm not too much into the heat and humidity, especially not if I have to work all day in an only partially air-conditioned building. Haiz!!! I'm afraid I complain way too much... I'm sorry about that. :o
I'm just feeling a bit exhausted these days. There was a lot of work to do this week and only little time left. Our boss was on vacation for two weeks which meant double work for my colleague and me. Tomorrow our boss will be back at work and I hope that he's satisfied with the work we've done and that he has no reason to scold us. :p
So what have You been up to this weekend, I hope You got some well-deserved R&R?
As for me I'm currently using my free time to gather as much information on HK as I possibly can to prepare for my trip in September. ;) This reminds me that I have to ask my boss for my vacation... very important!!! I hope that all will work out as planned and that I will indeed get to see You this September... I'm looking so much forward to meeting You... it will be a dream-come-true. :D
Alright my Love, it's already late in the evening where You are and I don't like to keep You from sleeping... therefore I'm making it 'short' today (I know this rarely ever happens... 哈哈...).
