天文台將於10時15分或之前，改8號風球。

下午8時，颱風啟德集結在香港以南約290公里，預料向西北偏西移動，時速約25公里，大致移向廣東西部沿岸。過去數小時，啟德有增強迹象。隨啟德靠近，本港風力已顯著增強，現時普遍吹強風，離岸及高地間中吹烈風。

按照現時預測路徑，啟德將會在晚間至明早最接近香港，本港晚間風力會進一步增強。
