“Andy, I love YOU! ANDY, I LOVE YOUUUUU!” Dream Comes True (Beijing) Gathering 2011 kicked off in deafening cheers. With our screaming, Andy appeared in the middle of the stage in shiny black suit. Our passion melted the deep winter!
Members from different regions had already prepared a gift for our handsome Big Brother. Lucky stars from everywhere in the world were put into one pink and one blue baby’s bottles with our most sincere blessings and given to Andy and his baby we had not yet met. We wish they can be the happiest family forever.
《心肝寶貝》is our voice, “You are the only one in my life, your voice, your encouragement, my sense, no matter where you are, no matter how we change, YOU, are the only one that cannot be replaced. We will work hard in our lives, for you, don’t doubt, you are my beloved one!”
Andy was so funny that he picked nicknames for the two girls who joined the game on stage, “Now you are called ‘Tall’ and you are ‘Short’!” The game was very simple – listen to music and guess the song. “Are you sure? I don’t know… Is she correct?” While Big Bro was still thinking of the answer, the audience shouted in unison, “YES!” How aren’t we familiar with? How can we not get them right? All these songs accompany us to dream and have experienced our tune-deaf singing! At last, “Tall” won the game and the prize was the out of print ‘A Simple Life’ Venice Film Festival poster with the Best Leading Actor and Actress’s autographs. So envy we are!
As a volunteer of this event, I have noticed that AWC staff was attentive to every small detail such as the site layout and process of members admission. When I saw those heavy luggages with prepared-items being used in the Gathering and those delicate girls, I think, to be part of these events, except treating it only as a job, more is needed – love, LOVE towards this big family!
