After the promotion inBeijing, director Chen Da-ming, Andy, Gong Li, Banny Chen, Yuan Li and other actors presented at the press conference inShanghai. All of them dressed beautifully to meet the media and fans for the film promotion. Andy and Gong Li were described as ‘Love Saint’ and ‘Female Queen’ respectively.
In the film, Andy has the ability of listening what women want and he was required to dress like a woman. There was a scene where he needed to dress up as a woman with taking off clothes, having shower and even wearing high heels, stockings to dance. He specially diet for that scene and did not eat rice for a week to have a perfect effect. “Since the director requested this scene to be successful., it would not be that if this scene is not a success. The most difficult is wearing high heels to dance. Women are really hard for being pretty.” Gong Li expressed that she took part in this film because of Andy. “Comedy is not easy for me, the most important reason is I can collaborate with Andy, he not only is a respectful artist and also very considerate.”
