Thank you for participating into our “2014 Dream Comes True (Overseas) Gathering – Korea”. The balloting result of seat arrangement is released and it is glad to inform you that you are eligible to join this Gathering on 18 Oct (Sat). Please check below details and arrive on-time on the day.

Venue : 36/F, Premier Room, Oakwood Premier Hotel Incheon, 165, Convensia-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 406-840, South Korea
Time : 2:00 pm (Admission Starts)
3:00 pm (Programme Starts)
* Light refreshment will be provided.
Besides that, for the convenience of purchasing the latest AWC products, pre-order service is now available for those listed members. For more details, please refer to the attached Pre-order Form and return it to HK AWC via email (info@awc618.com) or fax (852-2761 3165) on or before 12 Oct 2014.
Reminders:
1. Due to security check of the Venue, participants MUST present valid passport & 2014 Membership Card whilst New Members must present valid passport for identity verification during admission.
2. Members are required to wear 2014 Black Uniform.
3. Admission Tickets will be available for collection on-site that day.
4. Souvenir Counter is available on-site. If members have pre-ordered product(s), please present 2014 Membership Card and settle the payment for collecting your purchased item(s) at the Counter.
5. NO on-site product-purchasing is available at Souvenir Counter.
6. Please be punctual. Late-comers may not be allowed to admit to the venue when the programme starts.
7. Qualification for participation is non-transferable.
8. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
9. NO smoking is allowed and please do not bring foods and drinks from outside into the venue.
10. Any hazardous items, such as offensive or sharp weapons, are strictly prohibited in the venue.
11. AWC reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and/ or activity’s contents without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.
