AWC“2016 Dream Comes True (Overseas) Members Gathering – USA” (USA & Canada Members ONLY)

Dear Members,

The first “Dream Comes True (Overseas) Gathering” in 2016 will be held in the United States on 26 Jan 2016 (Tue). Due to the venue limitation, only members in the U.S. and Canada will be invited to participate in this Gathering (in accordance with the correspondence address provided by members on the Membership Application Form).  Please read the details of this Gathering and enroll now!

Closing Date for Enrollment: 8 pm, 19 January 2016 (Tue) (Hong Kong Time)

Reminders:
1.    Participants who are 2016 Members or who have successfully applied for or renewed as 2016 members by 15 January 2016 (Fri) are eligible for enrollment.
2.    Members under aged 12 must be accompanied with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for enrollment.
3.    Each application form is allowed for a maximum of 6 members. Duplicate applications will not be considered.
4.    Participants MUST present 2015 Membership Card and wear the 2015 Orange Uniform (round neck with black”AWC” imprinted in the front). New Members must present ID Card or Passport for verification.
5.    Seat arrangement will be determined. The result will be released at 4 pm on 21 Jan 2016 (Thurs) in AWC website.
6.    Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
