Exchange/Returns/Refunds Policy

Unless your purchased item is defective or damaged, AWC will not accept refund, return or exchange of goods. If the product proves to be defective or damaged, AWC will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Once the product has been delivered to the carrier, AWC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs during the shipping and/or delivery process (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), or for failure to give notice of any delay. Shipping, postage charges and delivery of the exchange/refund items are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by AWC.

In the event of dispute(s), AWC reserve the right to make the final decision.
