Dear Member:
Kindly note on the below for collection of concert ticket(s) for member who had successfully purchased or successfully allotted complimentary ticket(s) from AWC: You are required to collect the concert ticket(s) in person. Third party authorization for collection on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
** Member who had successfully purchased concert ticket(s) or successfully allotted complimentary ticket(s) from AWC is strictly prohibited from re-selling the ticket(s). AWC will cancel and invalidate the ticket(s) upon any discovery of such act.
** Member who is successfully allotted the complimentary ticket(s) are required to show up based on the concert date allotted. Member will be recorded in disciplinary record if the member did not show up on the concert date, which will affect participation for future event(s).

Important Notes:
1. Member who had successfully purchased concert ticket(s) or successfully allotted complimentary ticket(s) from AWC is required to show digital membership card to AWC staff in order to collect the concert ticket(s).
2. Each person is required to have a valid ticket for admission regardless of age. Child below 12 years old is required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. Audio, photography, videography and live streaming is strictly prohibited. AWC reserves the right to terminate membership if the member is caught violating the rules; and membership fees shall not be refunded.
4. Member who had successfully allotted complimentary ticket(s) from AWC is advised to protect your personal information. Please refrain from posting information published by AWC, including screenshots, in social media including but not limited to Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, WeChat, Facebook etc. AWC reserves the right to terminate membership for member who is caught violating the rules; and membership fees shall not be refunded.
5. Seating for concert ticket(s) purchased through AWC and complimentary ticket(s) allotted by AWC are pre-arranged by organizer.
6. Concert ticket(s) that are successfully purchased through AWC or complimentary ticket(s) allotted from AWC are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
7. AWC reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice. AWC is entitled to make any final decision should any dispute arise.
