Proud of You Concert 2025 – Ticket & Merchandise Collection Notice
Dear Family Member,
Thank you for supporting the “Proud of You Concert 2025”.
Before attending the event, please review and adhere to the event terms and regulations.

For members who ordered concert tickets or merchandise, please collect your tickets (including a complimentary gift package*) and merchandise** in person at the designated time and location by presenting your 2025 digital membership card and identification document. Only the registered member may collect the items; we will not accept authorizations for others to collect on your behalf.
*The gift package includes a T-shirt and commemorative ticket. T-shirt sizes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will offer alternative available sizes. Thank you for your understanding. To ensure to get your ideal size, we recommend arriving early for collection.

Dates & Time
August 3 (Sunday) : 14:00 – 21:00 (Tickets & gift package only)
August 7 (Thursday) : 16:00 – 21:00 (Tickets, gift package and merchandise)
August 8 (Friday) : 16:00 – 20:00 (Tickets, gift package and merchandise)
**Merchandise can only be collected on August 7 or 8.
Location
Room E, 9/F, Tower B, Billion Centre, Kowloon Bay
Note: For members who cannot collect at Billion Centre during the above times, please collect onsite at the Kai Tak Arena on August 9.
Onsite Collection Details
Tickets & Gift Package: 10:30 – 17:00 (1M Floor)
Merchandise Pick up & Sales Counter (located on G/F)
1. 10:30 to 15:00
2. 16:00 to 18:30
3. After the concert to 23:30
Note: A limited quantity of merchandise will be available for purchase onsite for members who missed pre-orders and only electronic payments will be accepted. Members who only ordered merchandise can also collect theirs on August 9 at the G/F registration area.
[Reminders]
1. No refunds or transfers will be accepted for successfully ordered tickets and merchandise.
2. Please ensure that the items you collected match the order, as no changes can be made after you leave.
3. Please verify the condition of your items upon collection. No exchanges or refunds will be offered once items leave the collection point.
4. Please bring your own eco-friendly bag, as plastic bags will not be provided.
5. For members unable to collect in person, we will arrange delivery within 30 days after the concert. Members are responsible for all related shipping costs. We are not liable for damaged packaging or lost items during transit.
6. The organizer reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice. In case of dispute, the organizer’s decision shall be final.

1. Please protect your personal information. It is strictly prohibited to screenshot or share any information from the AWC onto internet platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Moments, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, WeChat, etc.
2. Tickets and merchandise are for members only. Seat numbers and membership details have been recorded for identity verification and resale prevention.
3. Any violation of the above rules may result in membership termination, with no refund of membership fees.
