The 3rd Quarter Member’s Birthday Party on 16 Sept is the most important and awaited day in 2012!
This quarterly Member’s Birthday Party was held at Ho Lap College, Andy’s alma mater. Clear instruction was given by AWC staff from the entrance to the Hall. One thing worth to mention was the computer system set at the reception. After scanning our Membership cards with the help of the staff, the admission labels were printed out instantly that allowed a quick and convenience admission. AWC builds up a sizable team that marks a success in every event it holds. We are grateful to the crew of AWC. Love you all!
Family members from different countries already filled up the Hall when I stepped in. Greetings were spread among members as if having a family gathering. Our most looking forward moment has finally arrived – Andy appeared from the backstage with a birthday cake! Our cheering was so enthusiastically like having a concert. He was all smiles when we made wish together hoping all for good health.
Time for photo taking! AWC staff particularly arranged some overseas members to take pictures with Andy first since they had to catch flights for home. And I was patiently waiting in seat because it was felicitous to see Andy holding members’ children with a fatherly smile!
After the photo session, Q & A was followed. During the session, he could chat with us freely without any scruple.
Happy moments always run fast~ We gave our blessing to Andy at the end of the Party – “祝華仔三年抱兩笑騎騎，華仔生日快樂 yeah” ! We were reluctant to leave and were already expecting to the next gathering.
Once again, I would like to express the thankfulness to all staff for arranging such a memorable activity.
