22 March was a long awaited date. It was the third time I visited Andy World Club and each time it gave me a new experience. Curious for the first time; excited for the second visit and nervous for this time. However, the warm feeling is unchanged as we are “family” in AWC. Although it was our first meet, it just looked like we had known one another for a long time and all because of one man – Andy. It is him who let us meet and gather together, let us stick together with the spirit of love and tolerance.
Lots of family members from different places, like Beijing, Hunan, Hubei, Shenzhen Guangzhou and Taiwan came to participate in “2014 Hand in Hand Party” and they were very happy about the event. Listening to their different experiences of following Andy, one said he became a fan of Andy and joined our big family because of his girlfriend’s influence. After hearing this sharing, I made a promise to myself that I will request my boyfriend to join this family and follow our big parent, Andy, also. Haha!
I got a feeling of going back to “those days” when I entered the venue that was decorated like a classroom. Today was the big day that I was part of ‘Love Andy College’! Everyone was issued a student handbook upon admission. When the school bell rang, MC introduced Maggie, dean of discipline, to explain the school regulations to us. As the best-all-round students of ‘Love Andy College’, we will definitely obey the rules. Then every teaching staff with different duties was introduced as well. It is very grateful to have all of you working so hard for this Family. We will keep our promise to protect the Family!
When the terms began, school song was a must! The song was written for us by our Supervisor. Although most of our classmates were from the Mainland China and Taiwan, we were able to sing the school song in standard Cantonese that was praised by the MC! Then, it was the moment our most handsome Supervisor entered the classroom! It was the first time of many family members to meet Andy in such a close distance and everyone was very excited and enthusiastic! It was hard to believe that Andy was standing in front of us! We were shouting and I could not even bear to blink because he was really too attractive.
Andy shared his recent situation with us. When we reminded him to pay more attention to his health, he told us that he just finished a body check-up and his health was prefect! I was really happy for him and my eyes brimmed with tears already. I was moved by Andy as we could feel his love to us and vice versa. For us, you have to take good care of your health. I have prepared lots of questions to ask our Big Bro, but I was satisfied with listening members’ sharing their loves about him!
An hour flied and it was almost the end of the Party. Andy stepped down the stage and shook hands with us! Oh my God! Was I dreaming? I shook hands with Andy who was very caring as he particularly walked to each side of the corridor to ensure every of us could shake hands with him. Andy, the more we see you, the more we love you, the more we care about you! There was a big big surprise at the end of the Party – Andy signed on our student handbooks! This was what I dreamt for in the past decade? Dream came TRUE! It was heard that the autograph session during Hand in Hand Party was the first time throughout the years. Though the photo-taking session was cancelled from this year, it really does not matter because we do not wish him to be too tired. We can feel that he is giving more and more caring to us. The Party gave each of us a memorable experience and let us eagerly look forward to the next gathering.
