Dear Family Members,

Refunds by post are now over. We will now begin the second stage of refunds on-site. The details are as follows:

【On-site refunds】
Dates: 17 – 19 May 2019 and 24 – 26 May 2019 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 10am to 6pm
Location: The “Hirer’s Box Office” of the Hong Kong Coliseum, located at 9 Cheong Wan Road, Hung Hom, Hong Kong.

【Online Appointment Booking】
In order to minimize waiting time, ticket holders are encouraged to pre-register a time slot on our online appointment booking system from 1 -14 May 2019 at https://concert.andylau.com/en/form/. Ticket holders will also require to provide their ticket information and view the terms and conditions.
