There are only 14 days left to make your priority purchase or register your ticket exchange for the 「My Love Andy Lau World Tour.Hong Kong 2020」 – “2018 Rescheduled Concert”. All eligible persons must complete the priority purchase or submit their registrations on or before the deadline of 12 noon on 9 August 2019:

- The link for priority purchase has been sent by email or SMS to eligible persons. If you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
- After the deadline, all unclaimed priority purchase ticket(s) will be processed by the new concert organizer at its sole discretion. Please note that eligible persons who have not exercised their right to priority purchase will be deemed to have waived their rights voluntarily.

- Please visit https://concert.andylau.com/en/ticketing/ to proceed with ticket exchange registration as soon as possible.
- All complimentary ticket(s) with a face value of HK$0.0 are not eligible for ticket exchange.
- After the deadline, all original tickets for the “My Love Andy Lau World Tour – Hong Kong 2018″ concert that were not registered for ticket exchange will be invalid and cannot be used for the 2020 concert. Eligible persons who have not exercised their right to the ticket exchange will be deemed to have waived their rights voluntarily and shall have no claim whatsoever. Please note that all unclaimed ticket(s) will be handled by the new concert organizer at its sole discretion.
