Dream Comes True (Taiwan) Gathering 2013 – Balloting Result

Dear Members,

Thank you for enrolling for “Dream Comes True (Taiwan) Gathering 2013”, the balloting results are ready for reference. Please be reminded that no individual notification will be sent to the listed members.

Reminders:

1.     Attendees must present 2013 Membership Card for verification. Tickets will be available for collection on site that day. No uniform is required.
2.     Please be punctual. Members may not be allowed to enter the venue after 2:00 pm.
3.     Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant records.
4.     Glow sticks with liquid, paper pop-artillery, food and beverage are strictly prohibited in the venue.
5.     Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please keep the site clean and hygiene.
6.     Kindly show your great supports to the Souvenir Counter on site.
7.     Members can renew 2014 membership after the Gathering.
8.     AWC reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and/ or activity’s contents without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.
