Thank you for enrolling in “2014 Dream Comes True (HK) Gathering – BBQ Night” and the balloting results are ready for your reference. Please be punctual and individual notification will be sent to successful applicants.

** After the BBQ, free shuttle bus will be arranged for registered members to dismiss at Tai Wo MTR Station.
Reminders:
1. Members MUST present 2014 Membership Card while new members MUST present ID Card or Passport for verification.
2. Seat arrangement has been determined by balloting and members are required to dress in 2014 Black Uniform on that day.
3. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant records. In case that member violates AWC rules and regulations again, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5. Food and beverage from outside are prohibited on site. Members are not allowed to take away the food and drinks provided by the venue.
