Balloting Results of Hand in Hand Party 2014

Dear Members,

Thank you for enrolling in “Hand in Hand Party 2014”. The balloting results are ready for your reference.

2 sessions will be held in the Party, please be reminded of one’s own session and be punctual as no individual notification will be sent to successful applicants.

1st Session   : 2:00 pm / Arrival Time : 1:30 pm
2nd Session : 3:00 pm / Arrival Time : 2:30 pm

Date : 22 Mar 2014 (Sat)
Venue : HK AWC (Unit E, 9/F, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay)
Gathering Point : Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay (Main Entrance)

Reminders:
1. Members MUST present 2013 Membership Card while new members MUST present ID Card or Passport for verification.
2. Seat arrangement has been determined by balloting and members are not required to dress in uniform on that day.
3. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant records. In case that member violates AWC rules and regulations again, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5. Due to the “Hand in Hand Party 2013”, please be reminded that the opening hours of HK AWC will be changed to 10:00 am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
