Balloting Results of Hand in Hand Party 2016 (Revised)

Dear Members,

Thank you for enrolling in “Hand in Hand Party 2016”. The balloting results are ready for your reference.
The Party will be held in 2 sessions, please be reminded of your own assigned session and be punctual as no individual notification will be sent to successful applicants separately. Please check more details as follow:

1st Session : 2:00 pm / Gathering Time : 1:30 pm
2nd Session : 3:00 pm / Gathering Time : 2:30 pm

Date : 12 Mar 2016 (Sat)
Venue : HK AWC (Unit D, 33/F, Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay)
Gathering Point : Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay  Parking Lot

** Photo-taking: This year, each member is eligible to take photo with Andy ONCE either alone or in a group. Members are allowed to choose NOT taking the photo this year. **

Reminders:
1. Members MUST present their 2015 Membership Card while new members MUST present their ID Card or Passport for verification.
2. Seat arrangement has been determined by balloting and members are not required to dress in uniform on that day.
3. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant records. In case that member violates AWC rules and regulations again, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
5. Due to the running of “Hand in Hand Party 2016” please be reminded that the opening hours of HK AWC will be changed to 10:00 am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm. It will be closed during 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
