“Andy Lau Concert Tour 2024 – Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)” will be held from October 24 to October 27, 2024 at the Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The organizer “StarPlanet Entertainment Co., Ltd.” provides members with priority Chance to ordering tickets. Please browse the following ticket ordering information for details.
Show Date: October 24, 2024 to October 27, 2024 (4 Shows)
Venue: Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Ticket Price: Ticket price (1) RM1,188 or Ticket price (2) RM988
(In addition, an administrative fee of RM50 per ticket + a booking fee of RM4.32 will be charged, a total of RM54.32)
Closing Date: 5:00pm, 27 June 2024 (Thurday) Hong Kong Time
** All members who have successfully purchased tickets* are strictly prohibited from reselling the tickets. Once discovered, the organizer can immediately cancel and invalidate the tickets of the ticket purchaser, and the tickets will not be refunded*.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Only 2024 members can participate in priority ordering of tickets.
2. Each member can order up to 4 tickets. (For example, if a member watches 4 showa, he can only order 1 ticket for each show).
3. Due to the limited number of tickets, tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Members please download the ticket booking form (EXCEL) and submit your personal information and completed order form (EXCEL) at https://starplanet.com.my/awc-presale2024/. Please ensure that the information is accurate and upload the booking form before 5:00 pm on June 27.
5. After successfully submitting personal information, each member will receive an email copy of the filled-in information.
6. Please read the booking terms carefully. The AWC and the organizer will verify membership status on or before July 2 and send an order confirmation email on July 3. The organizer will send a ticket payment link via email to members who have successfully booked tickets on July 8 or 9. Members must complete the payment procedure on or before 11:59 pm on July 12, otherwise the order will be Cancel automatically.
7. Seats for members who have successfully paid will be allocated by the organizer. You will receive an e-ticket email from the organizer two weeks before the concert (between October 10 and 11) and can check your assigned seat information through your email account.
