Results of the Drawing of Lots & Ticket Collection Notification【1/X Andy Lau’s X Art Exhibition】

Dear Family Members,

Thank you for your ticket orders for the 【1/X Andy Lau’s X Art Exhibition】.

The results of dates and sessions allotted to the tickets by the drawing of lots are attached. The AWC will issue a “Ticket Collection Notification” to members on the list. Please note that the member’s correspondence address is subject to the records of the AWC. If there is any change, please remember to notify the AWC in writing to update the records.

Date : 27 August 2023 (Sunday)
Venue : West Kowloon Cultural District (FREESPACE ART PARK)
Address : 88 Austin Road Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Sessions Time : 11:00am to 20:00pm (Each session: 45 mins.)

Please arrive at the venue (Reception Counter of Andy World Club) on before 30 minutes in advance to collect the tickets for each session.

Reminders:
1. Only members who have successfully purchased tickets can collect the tickets. Authorizing other persons to collect will not be accepted.
2. Members are not required to wear the AWC uniform to attend this event.
3. Andy will be appearing at the AWC event.
4. To ensure the safety of members at this gathering, members must wear surgical masks at the venue.
5. Members who have successfully purchased tickets to the Event must show to the on-site staff their 2023 electronic membership cards, using the AWC APP, before they can enter the venue.
6. One person per ticket, children under the age of three will not be entertained. Persons under aged 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the Event.
7. Tickets sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.

Noted to Visitors:
1. If you leave the exhibition hall, you cannot re-enter.
2. No flash/lighting equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. The use of professional cameras is strictly prohibited in the venue. Except for mobile phones, all video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited to be brought into the venue.
3. Do not climb, run or play in the exhibit hall.
4. Do not make loud noises and avoid talking on mobile phones in the exhibition hall.
5. Exhibits may contain laser, smoke or strobe light effects.
6. Large light signs or large luggage, backpacks, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
7. The Event welcomes persons with wheelchair, but for some of the exhibits, the wheelchairs may not be able to access to an area that can provide the best viewing position due to space limitation.
8. Smoking or eating is strictly prohibited in the venue. Dangerous items such as glass bottles and laser pointers cannot be brought into the venue.
9. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on all amendments to the terms without prior notice.
10. Should Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal be hoisted on the event day, special arrangement will be announced on the AWC official website (www.awc618.com).
