Dear Family Members,
Thank you for submitting your enrolment application for the “Dreams Come True (Hong Kong) Members’ Gathering 2023″. The results of the drawing of lots are now ready for your checking. Members who have been successfully drawn for enrolment will receive an individual Event notification from AWC via SMS and email (based on members’ records in the AWC system).

Check-in Time : 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm
Event Time : 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Session 2 :
Check-in Time : 3:30 pm to 4:30pm
Event Time : 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Session 3 :
Check-in Time : 7:00 pm to 8:00pm
Event Time : 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Important Precautionary Measures:
- To ensure the safety of members at this gathering, epidemic prevention measures will be introduced. Members must wear surgical masks at the venue, and show the screenshot of his/her negative result of the rapid antigen test of 16 &17 June (2 DAYS) the day（Please write down your membership no., date and time on the repaid test box）to the on-site staff for inspection in order to enter the venue.
- Before entering the venue, please follow the instructions to the temperature measurement area and have your temperature measured. If a member’s temperature exceeds 37.4 degrees, he/she will not be permitted to enter the venue. AWC will refund the fees paid for the Event according to the online payment method used by the member.
- Surgical masks must be worn on-site venue.
Important Notes:
- Members who have been successfully drawn by the drawing of lots must download the Andy World Club APP in advance and log in successfully, and save a screenshot of the back side of the 2023 membership card ( QR code) in the mobile phone. Members are required to show the abovementioned screenshot to the on-site staff before he/she is allowed to enter the venue.
- Please note that each of the members who have been successfully drawn by the drawing of lots will receive an individual SMS and email “Event Notification”.
- Tape recorders, cameras, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode, and be kept away properly. In order to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, if you need to use the mobile phone, please use it outside of the venue. If illegal recording is noticed, the member concerned will be requested to delete all relevant recordings and leave the venue immediately. In such circumstances, AWC will terminate his/her membership and any membership fee paid will not be refunded.
- NO smoking, eating or drinks is allowed in the venue. Any hazardous items such as offensive or sharp weapons, are strictly prohibited in the venue.
- AWC resrves the right to change the terms and conditions or the programme at anytime without prior notice.
- Should Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal be hoisted on the event day, special arrangement will be announced on the AWC official website (www.awc618.com).
