Plot
Police detective Lau Chun-fui (Andy Lau) is committed to cracking down on the illegal activities of the gangs. In the past, the Hong Kong gang valued the brotherhood of the “righteous character”, however, due to “profit-making”, the gangsters have gradually change and lust for huge profits. Lau witnessed the corruption of the gang’s rule.

Chung-yiu(Michael Miu) and Chung-shun (Eason Chan) are brothers, but were separated by their father , who is the gang’s chieftain .The brothers were being raised in two different worlds. Chung-yiu as the elder son took over the father’s gang, and determined to reform it into a legitimate enterprise, but Yam (Kent Tong)one of the key figure of the gang was aggressive, and secretly doing illegal work. He assassinated Yiu’s father. The sudden change allied the two brothers .
Yiu has his own plan, ordered Ghostie(Felix Wong)to bring Shun to Thailand, and deliberately let his younger brother facing the edge of life and death. It seems that Yiu wants to get rid of Shun, but the fatal truth is that he has been suffering from incurable diseases and intends to groom Shun to be the next anchor person. However when Shun learns the truth , he is totally collapsed and brutally killed himself. Yiu is finally arrested by Lau, and the acquaintance of the Tan family gang is also disintegrating ……
