Andy held a big press conference in Shanghai for 2007 world concert tour, two years after the last concert, Andy announced 〈Andy Lau wonderful world concert tour〉will kick off in September. The first location of the concert is in Hohhot city, the provincial capital of Inner Mongolia. Start from 1 September, Andy will be setting out on Hohhot, Nanning, Ningbo, Shanghai, Nanjing, Changshu, Kunshan, Haerbin, Hangzhou,Changchun, Tianjin, Beijing, Taizhou, Jinjiang, and Chengdu, 15 cities, across 10 provinces. And then, return to Hong Kong Coliseum for Christmas and New Year eve concert. He will then head for a full world tour in 2008. Andy expressed that 2007 concert tour is titled “wonderful world” and it represent his wishes for world peace and the concept of one big family on earth. And with the help of stage high technology, it will take audience to the space and earth travel. It also means that China will enter a new era. It has been two years after the last concert. When the news is reported that Andy has chosen the great city, Hohhot, in north of the Great Wall as the first concert location, it made Inner Mongolian fans passionate and the news became talk of the town in a second. Andy expressed at the press conference that he look forward to the first performance in Inner Mongolia, it is the farthest city in the mainland that Andy has performed before. He believes that audience of desert area is more open-hearted and passionate, and hopes everybody will enjoy the night of the concert. As we have seen, Andy has always pursued perfection for the stage production in his previous concerts, any newly released or adopted stage art technology in these years in international stage, has been appeared in his concerts. At the press conference, the production unit and Andy expressed that they will lavish in making new amazing stage and new audio-visual. The net production costs exceed 60 million Renminbi, the cost of equipments imported from Japan alone exceeds one hundred million Japanese yen. Among these, there is a huge see-through LED screen. The LED will be used in China region for the first time. It has a function that can change lighting visionary, and also enable audience to enter the wonderful and miracle world of an illusion but seems real on LED screen with Andy being on stage. Except for that, the concert stage will be equipped special transmit device and try to send Andy from the stage to audience side for the first time. Not only the stage is world class, but also Andy’s stage costume will be designed by world class master. World famous fashion designer, Giorgio Armani will cooperate with Andy this time. What’s more, Giorgio Armani will design for Andy the one and only costume in the world that belong to Andy Lau concert only. Giorgio Armani newest fall and winter collections will match Andy’s songs and dance by dancers and models.  Audience doesn’t need to fly to Paris or Milan for fashion show, but can become the first group of people in the world to enjoy Giorgio Armani new trendy masterpiece, it will be really beneficial. Andy said he is very happy to have his costume designed in person by Giorgio Armani, he has liked Armani’s design, what he likes best about Armani is the simple cutting of suit and the permanent elegance and sophisticated design. Regarding the type of costume that Giorgio Armani will design for Andy, Andy said he will not reveal it now to keep it fresh for audience.  Concert this year will be created by the team of first class production staff of Hong Kong and Japan. And also dance master, Mui Cheuk Yin will arrange the fascinating dance performance, to lead audience to great artistic ground. Magic that Andy loves very much will be performed during the concert. Andy has improved his magic skill and prepared for a long time for this, so it is believed that he will not disappoint audience.
