Purchase of “15” Special Edition Long-gown Bear”

Dear Members,

“Long Gown” is one of Andy’s favorite clothing full with Chinese element. Referring to the long gowns that he wore during the Mainland China and Taiwan concerts last year as blueprint, 2 styles of Long Gown in red and blue of 15” Special Edition Bear are available for members’ purchase of only 100pcs in advance. Each bear wears a Chinese long gown which is as stunning as Andy himself. Take action NOW and collect a series of limited bear of Andy World Club!

Purchasing Methods:

1. Complete the “Online Registration Form” or download the “Order Registration Form” belowand submit by fax, email or in person to HK AWC during the Order Period for registration.
2. Each member is allowed for ordering maximum of TWO of 15” Long-gown Bear in red and blue style EACH. Duplicated applications will not be accepted.
3. If the number of order exceeds the limit, successful applicants will be determined by computer balloting at 12:00 noon on 02 Sept 2014 (Tue) in HK AWC and the result will be released on the same day at 4:00 pm in AWC website.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Each successful applicant will be notified for payment and collection individually. Successful applicants must settle the full payment (including postage fee, if any) on or before 4:00 pm on 09 Sept 2014 (Tue) after the balloting result is announced.
2. If number of successful applicants for the 1^st choice of long gown colour exceeds 50 pcs, 2^nd colour choice will be arranged for the order placement of member. (Limited of 50 pcs of Long-gown Bear in Red and Blue EACH are available)
3. If required payment is not received before the deadline, stand-by applicant will be replaced.
