[Update] Ticket Collection Notification 【2023 Andy’s Birthday Party】
Dear Family Members,
hank you for your active participation in 【2023 Andy Lau Birthday Party】, and we will issue a “Ticket Collection Notification” individually. Due to changes in ticket collection and admission time on the day. Members please pay attention to the e-mail sent to you by AWC.
Date: 9 September 2023 (Saturday)
Early Entry: 4:30pm to 6:00pm| Admission Time: 6:00pm
Event Start Time: 7:30pm (Programme starts)
Venue: Hall 2, AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong (1 Airport Expo Blvd, Chek Lap Kok)
- Please avoid all black, all white, or green clothing for the birthday party clothing color that night.
- You are welcome to bring along the “Support Andy Light Signs” to the venue.
Reminders for members who have successfully purchased tickets:
1. You must collect your tickets in person. Authorizing other persons to collect tickets will not be accepted.
2. Tickets sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable, and should not be resold.
3. Please download the Andy World Club APP in advance and log in successfully.
4. Members who are attending the Event are required, using the AWC APP, to show to the on-site staff their 2023 electronic membership cards in order to collect their tickets and enter the venue.
5. Members under aged 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the Event.
6. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched to the silent mode and put away properly. If you need to use the mobile phone, please go outside of the venue to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. When illegal recording is found, the member concerned will be requested to leave the venue immediately and we shall have the right to delete those recordings. The AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and the event fee paid is non-refundable in such circumstances.
7. In order for the programme to run smoothly, please do not leave your seat without authorization unless necessary. Entering the stage without authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Smoking and eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the venue. Please do not bring food and drinks into the venue. You are not allowed to bring dangerous items into the venue, including any sharp weapons or offensive items.
9. Please try to use public transportation to go to AsiaWorld-Expo.
10. Should Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal be hoisted on the event day, special arrangement will be announced on the AWC official website (www.awc618.com).
11. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on all amendments to the terms without prior notice.
