[Track]Opening ceremony touched Andy’s heart
Continued from the last month opening ceremony of Olympics as an invited guest performer, Andy appeared again as an invited guest performer at the Bird’s Nest for the opening ceremony of Beijing Paralympics. During the time, Andy watched Hou Bin, triple Paralympics high jump champion, appeared in a wheelchair, climbed up the rope and lit the cauldron. Andy was moved to stand up and gave applause.
On the evening of the opening ceremony, first Andy sang 《Everyone Is No.1》with disabled singers on stage, and afterwards he sang 2008 Paralympics theme song, 《He meng yi qi fei》, flying with the dream, with Han Hong, which won enthusiastic applause and aroused the audience to enthusiasm. On the evening, Andy encountered director Zhang Yi-mou and Zhang Ji-gang at backstage, and took photo together for memory. Zhang Yi-mou talked with Andy about the content of the show of Paralympics opening ceremony, and then, Cheng Xiao-dong, who is in charge of aerial acrobatics performance design also came to the backstage and chatted with Andy. And Jin Jing, wheelchair athlete who served as the first torch runner at the opening ceremony, also came to the backstage.
On seeing Andy, Jin Jing said excitedly that she could finally meet the idol, and asked Andy to take photo for memory. Andy expressed that he was so happy that he could be invited to attend the opening ceremony of Paralympics. He was moved to see the success of the ceremony. He praised the content was as great as that of previous opening ceremony of Olympics. He was much honored to have the luck to participate the two Olympics.
