Ticket Collection – The 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of Macau Special Administrative Region – Sports and Cultural Soiree of Celebration

Thank you for enrolling for “Sports and Cultural Soiree of Celebration”. For members who have successfully purchased tickets, please be reminded to collect them at assigned date, time and pick-up point along with 2014 Membership Card in person. Details are as follows:

Reminders:
1. Each ticket admits one person only. Free seating.
2. Members must present 2014 Membership Card upon ticket collection for verification.
3. By authorization for ticket collection, please be reminded to attach a copy of membership card with a signed authorization letter.
4. Members are required to wear 2014 Black Uniform.
5. Members will be deemed to forfeiture of participation when not collecting tickets before assigned deadline. Paid- ticket fee will not be refunded.
6. Please be reminded to bring enough clothing to keep warm as the Celebration will take place at outdoor. AWC will not be liable for the damage or for the loss to any items that a member may have brought to the venue.
7. Members are welcome to bring your own light boards and AWC glowsticks to cheer for Andy.
8. Any hazardous items, such as offensive or sharp weapons, are strictly prohibited in the venue.
9. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited in the venue
10. NO umbrellas, foods and drinks are allowed.
11. Members are required to follow the rules and regulations of the Macau Stadium.
