2014 Andy’s Birthday Party

Dear Members 

Thank you for enrolling for “2014Andy’s Birthday Party”, the balloting results are released for reference. Please check for your qualification accordingly when no mailing notification will be sent to the listed members.

Venue  :       Star Hall, 3/F Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre,
                        1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
Time     :       7:30 pm (Admission Starts)
                         8:30 pm (Programme Starts) 

Reminders:

1.Participants MUST present 2014 Membership Card and New Members must present ID Card or Passport for verification.
2.Members are NOT required to wear 2014 Black Uniform.
3.Admission Tickets will be available for collection on site that day.
4.Kindly show your great supports to the Souvenir Counter on site.
5.Please be punctual. Late-comers may not be allowed to admit to the venue when the programme starts.
6.Qualification for participation is non-transferable.
7.Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. AWC reserves the right to terminate his/her AWC membership and paid-Membership fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
8.NO smoking is allowed and please do not bring foods and drinks from outside into the venue.
9.Any hazardous items, such as offensive or sharp weapons, are strictly prohibited in the venue.
10.AWC reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and/ or activity’s contents without prior notice. In case of any disputes, AWC reserves the right of final decision.
