Thank you for enrolling in “Andy’s Birthday Party 2015”. The balloting results are ready for your checking now on AWC’s official website. <Ticket-Collection Notification> will be sent individually to those listed members according to the selected communication method. SMS and email confirmation will be sent to those successfully applicants. (according to the information from our record). If there is any change, please provide a written notice to AWC for our update promptly.

Remarks:
1. <Ticket-Collection Notification> of the Party will be sent to the listed members individually according to the selected communication method starting from 8 September (Tue).
2. Participates must present their 2015 Membership Card whereas NEW Members must present their ID Card/ Passport for verification upon admission.
3. Members are NOT required to wear 2015 Orange Uniform but are welcome well dress in Chinese Style clothing to attend this event
4. Tape recorders, photos taking, video cameras and or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission. Mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent mode. When illegal recording is found, member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately and our workforce has the right to delete those relevant records. In case that any member violates AWC rules and regulations again, AWC will terminate his/her AWC membership and paid Membership Fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.
