[Track]Director will be blamed for Andy’s diet
The movie “Brothers” presented by Focus Films Limited will be officially released on 18 October. As an executive producer, Andy invests and contributes to the movie. He plays the role of detective who has brother like relation with Lam Ka-tung in the movie. Director made the role of Ka-tung for a gossip detective, because he has played the role of Andy’s partner in the police force in “Infernal Affairs”. When Ka-tung plays the role in “Brothers”, he displayed great ability and his acting was surprisingly natural. The scene that he gossips with his superior, Andy, at the police office, his acting made people burst into laughter. Since then, people call him the gossip of gossips. Andy originally plans to play guest role in the movie, but later the director noticed that he has time after coming back to Hong Kong after the completion of the shooting, so his role was increased. Andy’s role had better not be too solemn because he has played the role of police officer countless times, so the director made his role as a gluttonous police officer and always made him hold a lunch-box, Chupa Chups lollipop, or sandwiches while shooting. Andy says “Sometimes when I have just finished my meal and get ready for shooting, a lunch box is placed in front of me and made to eat. It was the time when I just need to start keeping fit for my concert, so I told the director that if I will not be able to keep fit, I need him to take responsibility for it!”
