[Track]Andy Joked: ‘I Got Acting Talent Finally’
The first press conference of ‘A Simple Life’ in China was held in Beijing, director Ann Hui attended and brought along the two main characters, Andy Lau and Deanie Ip.
During the conference, Deanie kept promoting the film and the director, Ms. Ann Hui who was famous for producing literary film also claimed that ‘This movie is really not boring.’ Andy recommended this movie as well and said that: “If ‘A Simple Life’ can win the Golden Horse Awards means that one really knows how to act.”
‘A Simple Life’ won ‘The Best Actress’, ‘The Best Actor’ and also ‘The Best Director’ in Venice International Film Festival and Taiwan Golden Horse Awards and so on, it has also been nominated for eight awards in The 31st Hong Kong Film Awards recently. It became the popular movie. According to the report, ‘A Simple Life’ will be shown officially in China on 8th March 2012 whereas on 9th March 2012 in Hong Kong.
