[Track] Andy, Deanie Ip & Ann Hui Collaborate Again
After the collaboration of “Then Emissary”, “The Truth” and “Prince Charming”, DeanieIp and Andyworked together again after years as master and servant in ‘A Simple Life’ which was directed by Ann Hui.
Andy expressed that he was touched when reading the script and this was the reason that he picked up as an investor and the male lead.
Deanie admitted that cooperating with Andy once again could let her to get a kick of acting and she hoped to remind people to concern about the elderly via the relationship between the young master and the servant.
Director Ann Hui is good at shooting documentary films and Andy’s first movie was directed by her. They wished to have new chemistry after long-separated collaboration to bring a gripping piece to audience.
