The World’s great celebration, 2008 Beijing Olympics officially opened on August 8, 2008. Andy was most honored to be invited to join and perform in the ceremony, he specially chosen a set of costume with full of Chinese flavor for the performance. Regarding the experience that he could set foot in Bird’s Nest (The Beijing National Stadium) and watch such a grand opening ceremony, he felt it was hard to describe the feeling.He was so excited and highly praised the great opening ceremony. The atmosphere of the whole audience was very good, and he liked it from the beginning to the end, especially the part that Li Ning lit torch. He watched with his own eyes the scene that Li Ning lit the torch after running in the air and said with admiration “I really admire that” With regard to the part that he performed was not broadcast live, he expressed that it doesn’t matter, because he performed for everybody, anyway. Andy pays close attention to Beijing Olympics competition, regarding the duo, Guo Jingjing and Wu Minxia, successfully defended their Olympic title in Women’s 3m Springboard finals and gained the 4th Olympic gold medal for China, Andy was excited to watch the perfect performance through TV screen. Andy felt the performance of Guo Jingjing and Wu Minxia was very good and the level was very stable. He also hopes that Chinese team will win more gold medals.
