The 12^th and the 1^st meeting of the 2^nd China Foundation for Disabled Persons Council and the 3^rd Council was held in Beijing yesterday respectively. The meeting elected Deng Pufang as the third President of the Council and new Council members. Andy continued to be the Vice Chairman of the 3^rd China Foundation for Disabled Persons Council and received the appointment letter from Deng on the spot.
