[Track]Enter Paralympics feel for disaster area

“Move into Paralympics, share enthusiasm, feel for the disaster areas, dedicate consideration” Big public welfare show was held at Tian tai stadium in Qingdao in the evening of May 16. The event started with a song and dance《Harmonious springtime》, with true love and virtue, respect was paid to 2008 Beijing Paralympics, and cheers were given for China disabled sports delegation, sincerity and consideration were dedicated to earthquake disaster areas in Sichuan. The earthquake of magnitude 7.8 occurred in Wenchuan county in Sichuan province. The disaster affected the central party of China, the State Council’s heart, the whole nation and 83millions of disabled people’s heart.

Before the show starts, the whole audience paid the highest respect to the army and private sector that are in battle to save earthquake victims in the fore front, at the same time, sincerest condolences were extended to fellow citizens who suffered earthquake disaster! Although we are apart from each other, our hearts are together! Millions of people in one heart, unity is the path to victory, we can certainly overcome the earthquake disaster and rebuild nice home.

As the Caring ambassador of China Disabled Person’s Federation, Andy Lau sang the song,《Everyone is no.1》that he wrote specially for Beijing Paralympics, his singing voice with much feeling echoed through the beautiful Huiquan Bay, at that moment, the idea of Paralympics ,“Transcendence, Unity and Sharing”, echoed Qingdao and China. Andy Lau expressed that personages of various circles in Hong Kong are also paying close attention and concerning about the condition of the disaster in mainland. He hopes he can do more to help and bring hopes for life to the fellow citizens who are suffering in the devastated areas!
