Plot
Andy Lau reprising his role as corrupt police Lee Rock from the film series of the same name, he carved an empire from the chaotic underworld of drug dealers and that ruled the city with Crippled Ho.
Donnie Yen stars as infamous real-life drug kingpin Crippled Ho, he was an illegal immigrant from China who sneaks into British-colonized Hong Kong in 1963 and transforms himself into a ruthless and emerging drug lord.
