Collection of overdue members’ items

Dear Members

Due to HK AWC’s limited storage spacing, for members who still not yet collected their items^# after the assigned deadline, , they are reminded especially to pick up their item(s) with appointment of collection time via phone OR email to AWC on or before 31 Dec 2014.

All overdue items will be destructed after 31 Dec 2014. Please be notified that HK AWC shall not be liable for any loss due to the destruction of those related items.

^#Overdue items include:

1. Pictures took with Andy (pictures of ‘Quarterly Member’s Birthday Party’, ‘Quarterly Members’ Gathering’, ‘Senior Award’, ‘Oldies Award’, ‘Volunteer’, ‘Dream Comes True Gathering’ & competition winners)
2. Re-print Pictures (pictures of ‘Quarterly Member’s Birthday Party’, ‘Quarterly Members’ Gathering’, ‘Senior Award’, ‘Oldies Award’, ‘Volunteer’, ‘Dream Comes True Gathering’ & competition winners)
3. Online-purchase items (items of self pick-up)
4. Pre-ordere items (items of self pick-up)
5. Membership Card & Uniform (For members subscribed on/before 2013 , only membership cards are reserved for collection but NOT uniform.)
