Registration for Purchasing 15” Limited Andy World Cup Bear – Ballot Result

Dear Members,

Thank you for registering to purchase “15”Limited Andy World Cup Bear”. Ballot result is ready for your reference. Please check the following details for payment and collection:

1. 50 successful registrant will be notified by email (accordingly to the record of AWC) for payment and payment methods individually.

2. Successful registrants must settle the payment in full (including postage fee if applicable) on or before 4:00 pm on 18June 2014 (Wed) for completing the purchasing process.

3. Successful registrants who have settled the payment are welcome to pick up the 15”Limited Andy World Cup Bear on or after 21June 2014 (Sat) in person or by authorization^#.

4. If the required payment is not settled before the above deadline, stand-by registrant will be the replacement accordingly to our ballot result.

(^# Authorized person MUST present both signed authorization letter and  copy of successful registrant’s valid Membership Card for verification upon collection.)
