The 3rd Quarter Members Gathering (Hong Kong) 2013

Dear Members,

In order to allow more flexibility for members to team up with their families, lovers or friends (Must be our member) without birth dates limitation, our Quarterly Gatherings (HK) will be held to replace the former Member’s Birthday Parties.

The 3rd Quarter Members Gathering (HK) 2013 will be held on 1 September 2013 (Sun) at AC Hall of the Hong Kong Baptist University. Members who are interested to participate should read the enrollment form thoroughly.

Closing Date :  8:00 pm , 6 August 2013 (Tue) (based on HK AWC letter collection time)

** Members are freely to choose and participate in any one of the “Quarterly Members Gathering (HK)” during 2013 without any charge. If number of applications exceeds the seating limit, attendees will be determined by balloting. Members who are not on the balloting list are entitled to enroll for the remaining Quarterly Gathering (HK).

Remarks:
1.    Application forms will be sent to Hong Kong members on 20 July. Overseas members may download the form on our website. Members can also enroll online via “Members’ Activities”.
2.    2013 members are eligible for enrollment, or those who have successfully completed the membership procedure or the renewal on or before 6 August 2013.
3.    Each member is allowed to participate in the Quarterly Members Gathering (Hong Kong) ONCE. Please be reminded that for those who have already joined the1st or the 2nd Quarter Members Gathering (HK) are not eligible to enroll again.
