Thank you for enrolling in “The 2nd Quarter Members Gathering (Hong Kong) 2013”. The balloting results are ready for your reference and details of the Gathering is listed as follows:

Venue : AC Hall, Baptist University of Hong Kong (224 Waterloo Road, Kowloon Tong)
Admission Time : 2:00 pm starts
Programme Time : 3:00 pm starts
Photo-taking Arrangement:
Each member can take ONE photo with Andy this year and may choose to take it alone or in group with family/ friends. On the contrary, members may also choose not to take any.
** Remarks: Aiming to make our gathering more substantial, there will be no photo-taking session in all activities during 2014. This can allow Andy to have more time to chat and share interesting daily issues, even to interact with family members in the gatherings.
Reminders:
1. Members MUST present 2013 Membership Card while New members MUST present ID Card or Passport for verification.
2. NO individual notification will be sent to successful applicants.
3. Chance for participation is non-transferable.
4. Tape recorders, video cameras and/or any audio-visual equipment are strictly prohibited after admission, and mobile phones must be switched off during party time. When illegal recording is found, the member will be commanded to leave the venue immediately whilst our workforce has the right to delete relevant record.
5. Food and beverage is not allowed inside the AC Hall.
6. Smoking is straightly prohibited.
7. Please keep the place clean.
8. Hazardous items such as bottled or canned beverages, metal or knives are strictly prohibited in the venue.
9. Public transportation to AC Hall is strongly advised.
